At Moxlemon, every order is prepared with care. To keep our products and pricing straightforward, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review the product details, size chart, and product information carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Colour preference
Product not matching personal expectations
Incorrectly ordered products
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

All sales are final except in the cases described under Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Significantly different from the product you ordered

please contact us at ask@moxlemon.in as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and the issue
Photos of the packaging, if relevant

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policy.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Please do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving instructions from our team.

Incorrect Size

Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the selected size does not fit.

We strongly recommend comparing our measurements with a T-shirt you already own before ordering.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing or production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us at ask@moxlemon.in as soon as possible after placing your order. We will let you know whether the order can still be cancelled.

Refunds

Because we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If a refund is approved for an eligible issue, we will process it to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same policy described above.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selection on sale items.

However, genuine defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise legally eligible issues will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
